We provide a hands on advice service for employees that takes them through the journey of joining what might be their first ever pension scheme all the way through to retirement, and everything in between. Importantly we provide each employee with advice.

Where employees have pensions from previous employment, as is so often the case, we offer a service where these policies are analysed and potentially consolidated into the new arrangement. We work closely with the company to engage with the employees and encourage them to make the most of what is on offer.

Where companies also provide Private Medical Insurance, Death in Service or Long Term Sickness insurance we promote these benefits too so that the employees appreciate the nature of the staff benefit package being provided for them.

When a member of staff leaves a firm we are happy to continue to liaise with the ex-employee and in many cases we are still providing ongoing financial advice many years after they ceased working for one of our corporate connections.
