The Chancellor held his budget last week and whilst there had been some rumours that pension rules would change, nobody expected the dramatic abolition of the incredibly complicated rules relating to the Lifetime Allowance. The new rules are not exactly straightforward either!
The production team who created the last few budget summaries told us at the last minute they hadn’t had the number of orders they needed to make it economically viable and were not creating a document this time.
