We assist individuals with long-term financial planning and offer a range of service levels to suit all needs and budgets. For businesses, we offer staff benefits packages such as pensions, death in service, long-term sickness and healthcare. We provide advice for employees within these services.
We take pride in being early adopters of technology. We started electronic document management in 1998 and continue to integrate new technology solutions as part of our planning for the future. We are very proud to have been certified to British Standard BS8577, meaning that our systems, processes, company ethos and commitment towards quality exceeds industry best practice.
We offer a ‘restricted advice’ proposition. This doesn’t mean we’re tied to only a couple of insurers; we have access to the whole market. A clearer term for restricted is probably ‘specialist’: we offer advice in respect of certain areas including pensions, ISAs, general investment accounts, bonds and life assurance. What we don’t provide is advice regarding niche areas such as venture capital trusts.
