2020 has been quite a year so far hasn’t it? Liverpool winning the league for the first time since I was an undergraduate plus the small matter of a global pandemic shutting down the whole world and killing hundreds of thousands of people.

We’ve not stopped working during that time and as well as looking after our clients to the best of our ability we have completed a thorough review of our service propositions and investment process. There is much to do yet, because whilst I am really excited about both these things, I now have to explain the changes to our clients. The sheer amount of work that lies ahead would be daunting if it wasn’t for my amazing team.    

Vicky and Emma have been absolutely brilliant during the last few months, working tirelessly, and I thank you both for everything you have done, and continue to do. Outrageously, Emma is actually on holiday at the moment!

Our paraplanners (www.theparaplanners.com) continue to support us with first-rate technical knowledge. We invested a considerable sum of money in improving the process between our two firms at the end of 2019 which has proven to be a wise decision as it has sped up the delivery of our client reports significantly. 

Our ‘emotional support team’ over at Standards International, (https://standardsinternational.co.uk/)led by the effervescent Michelle, helped keep us sane and positive during the darker and more stressful times earlier this year.

Lastly, but not least, our website designers at Top Left Design (www.topleftdesign.com) have been hard at work creating our new site which is going live today.  Amy, Tamlyn and Keren you are all superstars.
